ISOLATION

EXCEPTIONAL THERMAL INSULATION

By reducing heat loss, modern and high-quality aluminum front doors not only contribute to long-term savings, but also ensure a high level of safety and durability, making them energy efficient.

REDUCE HEATING COSTS

95 MM THICKNESS WING FILLING ON BOTH SIDES

The system is used to make entrance doors and consists of the following groups:
– Termo 85 opening outside (front door with glass filling)
– Termo 85 opening inside (front door with glass filling)
– Termo 85 opening inside (front door with panel filling)

The profiles are made with a broken thermal bridge:
-basic installation depths of the frame:

– 85 mm…..Termo 85 opening outside and inside;

– 88.5 mm…Termo 85 flat sheet on both sides

The break of the thermal bridge is achieved with polyamide strips (34 mm for the frame and 30 and 26 mm for the wing). In order to improve thermal characteristics (reduce thermal conductivity), strips of extruded polystyrene (XPS) are installed in the profile chambers. In combination with three-layer glass and a suitable glass spacer, the system can achieve a total heat transfer coefficient Ud≥0.94 [W/m2/K] for panel doors. The sealing between the wing and the frame is done with EPDM seals. The glass in the wing is fixed with internal slats and sealed with EPDM gaskets on both sides.

System characteristics:
– material EN AW-6060
– wing weight up to 160 kg
– glass thickness up to 71 mm
– sealing material (EPDM) DIN 7863
– calculation of Ud coefficient DIN EN ISO 10077-2
– surface treatment DIN 17611
– DIN EN ISO 204 quality control
